Adventure Travel
Sometimes, healing comes in unexpected places. Join me in 2024 for an adventure in the wild a sacred Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
I also bring in 7-14 people every year to experience this sacred place with me. Will you be one of them?
I started these because I found the BWCA so grounding, centering, healing and transformative. And a lot of fun! So, I have taken my 35 years of experience and created an Adventure Retreat. It has become something beyond my wildest dreams.
It’s the perfect mix of big challenge and risk in a sacred setting that can be utterly transformative.

Sick Happens
Use things in your kitchen to help those whom have fallen to the ick and support the immune systems of the rest of the household. I give you the 3 things I do as soon as I get that call from the school or wake up to a sore throat. It take less than an hour and sets you up for the week. Get the recipes, play by play videos and supporting handouts. I've also included some bonus handouts to help you identify other helpers in your kitchen to help from tummy bugs to the flu. You'll be surprised to find out that you have a lot of powerhouse helpers right in the kitchen! Oh and there are lots of bullet points because when we don’t feel good that’s about all we can deal with. Simple. Effective. Fast.
Queen of Thrones- Castor Oil
I love this castor oil, the site, the blog and Dr. Marisol. This is the castor oil that I use at home and recommend to all of my patients if I recommend castor oil packs.
